Note: Because of their seriousness and frequency of occurrence, these seven offenses comprise a Crime Index, or "Part I" crimes. These figures represent only what Local Law Enforcement Agencies submit to the Georgia Crime Information Center. If data is not reported to GCIC, it cannot be published.
Rate per 100,000 calculated by CVIOG using 2017 census population estimate. (Crime rates are reliable indications of crime only to the extent that population estimates are accurate, that victims report crimes and that Uniform Crime Reports are submitted to GCIC by law enforcement agencies.)
